Description

FAST BLUEING – COLD BLUEING

Fluna GunBlack is a fast blueing (cold blueing) for repairing the blueing of rifle and pistol barrels.

Properties

APPLICATION

First, the damaged area needs to be cleaned thoroughly and degreased with Fluna GunDegreaser, a conventional degreaser or alcohol. The damaged area can also be regrinded with 1,000-grit sandpaper or an abrasive pad. Use a strong adhesive tape for isolation of the area to be repaired. Apply a thin coat of Fluna GunBlack with a fine brush or cotton stick and let it dry. Repeat this several time until the desired degree of blackness has been reached. Then rinse the repaired area with Gun Coating, dry and polish. Finally apply once again a new layer of Gun Coating on the repaired area.
