All orders ship from our warehouse in Rīga, Latvia (European Union). Deliveries within the EU are free of local taxes and import duties. Rates below are estimates; the final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.
We ship with a network of trusted carriers and automatically select the best available service for your destination. Our partners include DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD, Latvijas Pasts, Omniva, Venipak, SmartPosti, Nova Post, Unisend and QWQER Express.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders confirmed and paid on a business day (Monday–Friday) before 14:00 (GMT+2) are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends, or on Latvian public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Estimated delivery times below count business days after dispatch and exclude the order-processing day.

The fastest and most affordable option within Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania. Parcels are delivered to your chosen self-service terminal.

EU deliveries: No additional charges. The price you pay at checkout is the final price, with all EU taxes included.
Non-EU deliveries (including the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, the USA and all other countries outside the European Union): the recipient is responsible for all local taxes, import duties, and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These fees are set by local authorities, are not included in our shipping price, and are collected by the carrier or customs office on arrival.

No, if you are within the European Union — EU orders ship free of import duties and local taxes. For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any local taxes, import duties, and customs fees.
How long does delivery take?
Parcel terminal delivery within the Baltics takes 1–3 business days. Within the EU, Economy delivery takes 5–10 business days and Express 1–3 business days. For worldwide (non-EU) orders, Economy takes 7–11 business days and Express 1–5 business days, counted after dispatch.
When is my order dispatched?
Orders paid before 14:00 (GMT+2) on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
