The Bushing Full Length Sizing Die offers advanced precision by allowing you to precisely control the amount of neck sizing tension in your reloaded brass while simultaneously sizing the case body and bumping the shoulder. This innovative design provides unparalleled control for serious reloaders.
This die significantly improves accuracy and prolongs case life. It achieves this by sizing down the case's shoulder and body just enough to fit in a minimum-sized SAAMI rifle chamber. Crucially, the bushing system limits the working of the neck, minimizing brass fatigue and maintaining consistent neck tension for enhanced precision.
This die handles FULL LENGTH SIZING (does not include Bushing) and performs several critical functions in one pass: it **sizes the neck for proper bullet tension**, **sizes the shoulder to set headspace**, and **deprimes** the spent primer. It works to size the case neck, shoulder, and body precisely, allowing your cases to fit consistently in SAAMI minimum rifle chambers. The die ensures that the neck is sized "just enough" without overworking, utilizing .001” increment Bushings (sold separately). For superior performance, Cryogenically treated Bushings are recommended, which have a tighter grain structure for smoother sizing. The ½” long Bushings are designed to size the entire cartridge case neck. The die is equipped with an Accu-Ring to adjust headspace length in .001” increments and features a laser-etched reference line for consistent setup.
