Heavy recoil has a habit of shoving suppressor covers forward—sometimes right off the end of the can. The Cole-TAC Stricta Cord solves this with a simple, bombproof retention system: a Kevlar cord sewn into the back of your cover that ties off around the rear of the suppressor, anchoring the cover so it cannot slide, shift, or walk forward no matter how hard your rifle kicks.
The Stricta Cord is available as an add-on for every Cole-TAC suppressor cover in the range, including the Python, HTP, Metal Python, Corset, and Hussar. It is not required for most calibers, but if you shoot big bore or magnum rifles—think .338 Lapua Magnum, .300 Winchester Magnum, .300 WSM, or run long rapid-fire strings—it is one of the best upgrades you can make. Shooters with titanium suppressors or smooth-surface cans also benefit, as these surfaces offer less friction for the cover to grip.
Installation is straightforward: wrap the cord around the rear of your suppressor and cinch it tight. The Kevlar construction handles heat and abrasion, and the cord is sewn in place for a secure, permanent fit. Existing Cole-TAC cover owners can contact us about upgrading a cover they already own.
