LOCTITE® (LOCTEFT) 620 High-Temperature Retaining Compound

LOCTITE® (LOCTEFT) 620 is a high-strength, anaerobic-curing retaining compound designed for bonding cylindrical fitting parts, particularly where high-temperature resistance is required. It is the ideal choice for applications like securing locating pins in radiator assemblies, sleeves in pump housings, and bearings in auto transmissions, where service temperatures can reach up to 230°C (450°F). This high-viscosity liquid cures when confined between close-fitting metal surfaces, preventing loosening and leakage from shock and vibration while filling gaps up to 0.25mm.

High-Temperature Resistance: Engineered to maintain high strength in operating temperatures from -55°C up to 230°C (-65°F to 450°F).
High Strength: Provides a reliable, high-strength bond perfect for retaining shafts, gears, pulleys, and similar cylindrical parts.
Vibration Resistant: Prevents loosening and leakage caused by operational shock and vibration.
Gap Filling: Capable of filling diametral gaps from 0.15mm to 0.25mm (0.006" to 0.01").
High Viscosity: Helps the product stay in place during the assembly of larger parts.
Certified for Gas Fittings: DVGW (EN 751-1) certified, making it suitable for use in gas installations.
